Meet Blair, The Newest Member of the Eberle Team

There's something really special about getting to welcome someone to the team who not only brings creativity and talent but a genuine desire to be here.

That's exactly what made Blair stand out to us from the very beginning.

She reached out last year as she was finishing up at Kansas State University, looking for an opportunity that would bring her back home to North Central Kansas. That kind of intention to return, to build a life and career in a rural place, and to use your skills in a meaningful way, is something we deeply value at Eberle Studios.

We are now excited to welcome her as our new Marketing Design Coordinator officially. In her role, Blair will be working closely with the businesses and communities we partner with on marketing and digital strategy through content creation, media, and web design.

We're grateful she found her way to us, and even more excited for what's ahead.

Get to know Blair in the Q&A below.

Q&A with Blair Wolters, Marketing Design Coordinator at Eberle Studios

Tell us a little about yourself. Where did you grow up, what made you want to return? What does coming back to a small rural community mean to you?

I grew up in Portis, Kansas, about two miles out in the country. For most of my childhood, my dad sold seed for Mycogen (now Brevant) before switching to being a State Farm agent in Osborne. My mom worked for the state in child nutrition and wellness. She took her passion for nutrition, along with her love for thrifting, and recently opened a new local business in Osborne!

I grew up alongside my three older siblings with plenty of dogs, cats, and lots of time spent outside. Most of my childhood was spent attending my siblings’ sporting events and enjoying the simple things that come with growing up in the country.

In 2022, I graduated from Osborne High School and went on to attend Kansas State University. While I loved my time in Manhattan, I always knew I wanted to return to the small rural community I grew up in. Looking ahead to the future, there was no other place I could picture myself building a life and raising a family!

What did you study in college and how do you hope to apply that knowledge in your new role? What drew you to Eberle Studios?

In college, I majored in Advertising and Public Relations, minored in Entrepreneurship, and earned a certificate in Social Media Management. I hope to apply what I learned in my classes to my everyday work—whether that’s strategic marketing, branding, or simply paying attention to the details that make a project successful!

What drew me to Eberle Studios was both the location and the work they do. Finding a creative position in a rural area can be difficult, but after speaking with Colleen, I felt that she truly understood my desire to come back home and contribute my creative skills in a rural environment!

What kinds of creative work do you enjoy most (design, photography, storytelling, etc.)?

Some of the creative work I enjoy most includes graphic design and photography! I also love creating things outside of work, whether that’s working on Cricut projects or doing small crafts with friends! Using my Cricut, I like to make custom shirts, hoodies, bags, and I also like to make board games!

What are you most excited to work on or learn as part of the team?

One thing I’m especially excited about is the opportunity to work directly with clients. So far, I have enjoyed taking their ideas and feedback and turning them into visual assets that help grow their businesses—especially businesses in small towns like the ones I grew up around!

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work, I stay pretty busy running my own lifestyle and wedding photography business. When I’m not doing that, I enjoy spending time with my parents (they’re my best friends!), hanging out with my dog Miley, and heading out to the farm with my boyfriend during harvest or while working with cows. I also love hunting and traveling to Wichita or Kansas City to visit my siblings and my nieces and nephews!

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?

One thing people might be surprised to learn about me is that some of my favorite movies are war films based on true stories. I’ve always been drawn to stories that are meaningful and real.

Another thing about me is that I’ve had an entrepreneurial mindset from a young age. I was always starting little businesses—making and selling bath bombs, t-shirts, bracelets, and car air fresheners. That carried into college when I started MHK Thrifts. With help from my mom, we thrifted vintage K-State gear and sold it through Instagram.

I also love deer hunting. My dad encouraged me to try it and bought me my first bow, and I started in 8th grade. I ended up shooting my first buck the very first night I went out, and I’ve continued to hunt ever since!

Coffee order, favorite snack, or go-to creative fuel?

My coffee order is usually something that doesn’t taste much like coffee—I love frozen caramel drinks! I’m also a big fan of Alani Nu, Bubblr, and Poppi drinks. My all-time favorite sweet (and a little bit of creative fuel if I have it on hand) is chocolate ice cream!

We're really glad Blair is here!

She brings a steady creativity, a willingness to learn, and a clear heart for the kind of work we care about- serving our clients, telling stories well, and investing in rural communities.

We're excited for the role she'll play in the studio and for the ways she'll help support our clients moving forward.

Welcome to the team, Blair. We're so glad you're here!
