Great question! The answer is tricky as it will vary depending on session length and print purchases. But to give you an idea, our base senior session starts at $150 (plus tax) for 90 min. You can add additional time for $75/hr. The session fee is due the day of your shoot, all prints and/or digital orders are placed once your gallery is finished.

You can purchase a flash drive of all digital images with print release for $375 (plus tax). You can also purchase prints a la carte, or select from one of our 3 pre-designed package options.

How much does it cost?

Again, this is a tricky question. If you would've asked us a couple of years ago we would've said prints all the way! But let's face it, we live in a digital world and gallery-quality prints isn't what everyone is looking for. Therefore our answer to the prints vs. digital question really depends on what you plan to use the images for, and what your budget is.

If you are planning to display a few large prints of your senior within your home we 100% recommend purchasing these from the studio for a couple of different reasons, the biggest being quality and quality control. Our lab offers premium printing on professional-grade papers. Additionally our monitors are calibrated specifically for the labs we use. This means we can guarantee accurate color and saturation quality. All prints coming through the studio must pass our quality standards before delivery to our clients. In contrast, we can not guarantee the print quality of images that are printed by clients from their flash drives.

If you plan to digitally display or print a large number of 4x6, 5x7, or wallet prints to include in graduation announcements or to fill a photo album, the flash drive may be your best option as this can be accomplished inexpensively from multiple online print companies. Again, we can not guarantee the quality of prints purchased outside of the studio, however, if this is the route you're going, our recommendation would be to use mpix

All in all, about 95% of our senior clients will purchase the flash drive right off the bat, with a few then going on to purchase one or two large wall art pieces.

Prints vs. digitals...what do you recommend?

Our most common print orders will come in the form of either standard Lustre prints or Gallery Wrapped Canvases however we also offer Fine Art, metal, wood, acrylic, and standout prints. We have multiple framing and mounting options including our favorite, the float frame. In addition we offer graduation announcements, albums, books and more.

What print products do you offer?

The length of your session will depend on how many different outfits you have and how many different locations you have in mind. Our recommendation would be to plan 1 outfit per 30 min (give or take). Based on that general formula, 3 outfits are ideal for the base 90 min session. In contrast we can typically get in 4-5 outfits within a 2.5 hr session.

Most of our male clients, unless opting in for a separate sports session, will book the base 90 minutes. The guys seem to be happy keeping it short and sweet. In contrast, our female clients will almost always go for the full 2.5 hr session.

How long of a session will I need?

Yes you can, and it happens more than you would think!

Seniors will sometimes book two sessions if they are wanting both summer and fall photos. In this case we recommend booking both sessions at the same time, and sooner rather than later. Our fall schedule in particular, fills very quickly and if your senior has after school activities and is limited to weekend appointments only, it can be very difficult to get in.

The other instance that we see seniors requesting dual sessions is if they are wanting one session to be specific to sports. If this is the case we will schedule one "regular" senior session and one specific to the sports they play.

Either way, the pricing for dual sessions is a little different than if you were to book just one. An additional $50 fee is required to reserve two dates, and you must book a minimum of a 2.5hr session. In addition, the cost of the flash drive increases from $375 to $475 as dual-session edits tend to be much larger than regular sessions.

Can I book two sessions?

When it comes to selecting outfits our number one recommendation would be to choose something that you feel confident in. The last thing you want is to be pulling and tugging on clothing that either doesn't fit correctly or that you feel uncomfortable in...because let's be honest...most people are at least a little nervous when they first arrive. We want you to be able to focus on enjoying the experience, and not worrying about feeling uncomfortable.

We encourage you to bring as many outfits as you'd like, it's always better to have options! Upon arrival we will go through them with you, prioritizing what your favorites are, and selecting which we will shoot in the studio and which will photograph better outside.

As mentioned above, we generally recommend 1 outfit per 30 min. This is by no means an absolute, but rather more of a guide to go by. We will say, however, the shoot typically goes smoother if we can spend more time per outfit rather than rushing through to get in as many outfits as possible.

Color and pattern options are really up to you. Blues do tend to photograph well on a multitude of skin tones, and as many people know yellows tend to wash you out. But at the end of the day, we want you to select clothing options that fit your personal style. So if yellow is your jam, then rock it!

Lastly, don't overthink it. Sometimes the simplest outfits make for the best photos!

Outfits? How many....any suggestions?

Yes we do! Kerry Schoen with Expressions will come over and do hair and makeup in studio prior to the start of your session. The cost is $75 and we recommend scheduling your hair and makeup when booking your session so we can assure her schedule will align with your session date.

Do you offer hair & makeup?

Most of the time we will utilize locations in and around the studio, however, if you have a specific location in mind we will come to you.

Locations within a 20-mile radius of the studio are free of charge. Anything over that is $.56/mile. If you are wanting us to travel to a specific location, it is a good idea to discuss this at the time of booking so we can work out logistics as well as ensure there are enough backdrop & location options to fill your allotted session time.

Will you travel to a location of my choice?

We understand that expenses can really start adding up during your child's senior year. For that reason, we do offer payment plans for our senior clients only. For more information on how you can set up a payment plan in conjunction with your senior's session contact the studio.

Do you offer payment plans?

Great question!

The first step is to contact the studio. We will work with you to determine what session length you'll need, find a date that works, and answer any other lingering questions you may have. We'll also collect all information needed to finish out your paperwork including your contact and mailing information, and any notes or special requests pertaining to your senior's shoot.

Next step, the day we've all been waiting for...shoot day! We recommend arriving at the studio a couple of minutes early to organize your things, touch up your hair and makeup, and prioritize what outfits will photograph best in various locations. If you haven't already paid your session fee, we will take care of that at this time.

Once your shoot is over, we will get to work narrowing down your edit and working through our post-production process. You can expect to receive an email with a link to your senior's gallery approximately 30 days after your shoot. From here you will be able to view the final edit and purchase prints and/or digitals accordingly. For your convenience, you have the option to make purchases directly from your gallery. You can also share the gallery link with family members who can place their own orders, which will be shipped directly to them.

As always we are here to help with any purchase questions you may have. If you're feeling overwhelmed or indecisive we'd be happy to set up a print consultation. We are also here if you feel uncomfortable making purchase and crop decisions within your gallery. Simply call the studio, let us know what prints you'd like and we will place the order for you. Then all you have to do is enjoy your images and savor what is left our your senior's high school career.

Lastly, keep an eye on your email as we typically run flash sales in March on graduation announcements and grad party prints!

What's the process, how do I get started?

Eberle Studios is where artistry and creativity capture the beauty of life! During our opportunities to work with the Eberles, we have experienced the utmost of professionalism, with the welcoming warmth of small-town friendship and love! Our oldest daughter's senior pictures captured every bit of her beauty, personality and athletic success. So when our youngest daughter became a senior, driving 800 miles from Minnesota to Cawker City was a must! We were blessed from the high fashion studio to the golden wheat fields and hidden rural treasures at sunset! Cherished Kansas memories! Thanks, Eberle Studios, you truly are the BEST!!

Cole and Colleen took care of us from the day we made an appointment for senior pictures to the time the photos were ready...answering questions, touching base, and keeping us in the know. It is possible to have a relaxed, fun session while being professional at the same time. And the photographs! Wow! Sierra's spirit was captured perfectly! We couldn't have asked for a better experience all the way around!
